Orders & Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through trusted payment providers available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and protected.

2. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled shortly after placement. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

3. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.


Shipping

4. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

5. Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.

6. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.


Returns & Refunds

8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include original tags and packaging.

9. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

10. Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.

11. How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

12. Are your products made from genuine leather?

13. How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the size guide available on the product page. If you are unsure, contact our support team before placing your order.

14. Will the product look exactly like the images?
We aim to display products accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
