During this window, we verify your payment, pick and pack your items, inspect them for quality, and hand them off to the carrier.

- A second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped
If your processing is taking longer than 3 business days, please contact us. While delays are uncommon, we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Once your order leaves our facility and is with the carrier, delivery generally takes between 5 and 8 business days. This means your total estimated wait time from order placement to delivery is usually between 6 and 11 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or high shipping volumes.
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 3 business days after shipment, please contact us and we will investigate the issue on your behalf.

Shipping Address Accuracy
